Running

“To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift.”

I will continue to run. I run for my grandmother  who had Alzheimers, my grandmother who had breast cancer, and for all those that suffer. I run because their strength has empowered me to be the best I can be.

    • 7 miles is awesome! Some people can’t get through one. I also wish I could do a marathon, but I don’t have the time to train. I was NEVER an athletic person. Then, I participated in my first race, Race for a Cure. The energy was amazing and I decided I wanted to do more things like that. I enjoy running as a type of therapy too. I discovered that it helped me relieve stress, gave me strength I never knew I had, and helped people in need. Good luck to you! Enjoy every minute of your runs =)
